Beelzeberry Pie

The name is on purpose.

Berries, dark chocolate, and blood orange in a handmade crust. Bold, unexpected, and a little dangerous in the best way.

Beelzeberry only shows up twice a year, and it always causes a scene at the dessert table.

Christmas only. Available in December and during Christmas in July, while it lasts.

Why This One Hits

Deep berry flavor meets dark chocolate meets the bright, bitter edge of blood orange. It shouldn't work as well as it does, but it absolutely does.

Each element brings something the others don't, and together they make a pie that's complex, bold, and impossible to forget. The kind of thing that gets its own conversation at the table. Every time.

Best Enjoyed When

You want the pie nobody else thought to bring.

Someone dares you to try something with a name like Beelzeberry.

The holidays call for a little drama at the dessert table.

Christmas in July is happening, and you're not skipping it.

Beelzeberry is part of our Christmas lineup, a short, limited-run of pies we only make twice a year.

Bake It Like You Mean It

You’ve got a great pie. Let’s not mess it up.

1

Preheat your oven

375°F for conventional ovens and 350°F for convection.

2

Prep the pie

Cut 3 small vents in the top crust so it can breathe.

3

Put it into the oven

Place the frozen pie directly on the oven rack. Put a pan on the rack below to catch any drips. Trust us on this one.

4

Bake

Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Leave the pie in the tin while baking.

5

Midway move

Rotate the pie halfway through so it bakes evenly.

6

Look for the signs

The crust should be puffed and golden brown. That’s when you know. Cook it thoroughly and do not consume it if raw..

7

 Cool (just a little patience)

Let it sit before slicing so everything sets properly.

8

Ready to enjoy!

Best enjoyed within 10 days of baking… but let’s be honest, it won’t last that long.

Some pies play it safe. This isn't one of them.
