Eggnog Pie

Your favorite holiday drink in pie form. You're welcome.

Rich, creamy, and spiced just right, everything you love about eggnog, set in a handmade crust and baked until perfect.

This one only shows up at Christmas, so when it’s here, don’t overthink it.

Christmas only. Available in December and during Christmas in July, while it lasts.

Why This One Hits

Smooth, custard-like filling with real eggnog flavor and warm holiday spices. Not subtle, not a hint of nutmeg, but the whole spice blend. Paired with a buttery handmade crust that holds up every bite.

It's indulgent in exactly the way a Christmas pie should be. Perfect for once a year.

Best Enjoyed When

December arrives, and you're ready to fully commit to the season.

The holiday table needs a dessert that actually feels like Christmas.

Someone says, "Eggnog pie?" and you say, "Obviously, yes".

Christmas in July is happening, and you're not skipping it.

Eggnog Pie is part of our Christmas lineup, a short, limited run of pies we only make twice a year.

Bake It Like You Mean It

You’ve got a great pie. Let’s not mess it up.

1

Preheat your oven

375°F for conventional ovens and 350°F for convection.

2

Prep the pie

Cut 3 small vents in the top crust so it can breathe.

3

Put it into the oven

Place the frozen pie directly on the oven rack. Put a pan on the rack below to catch any drips. Trust us on this one.

4

Bake

Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Leave the pie in the tin while baking.

5

Midway move

Rotate the pie halfway through so it bakes evenly.

6

Look for the signs

The crust should be puffed and golden brown. That’s when you know. Cook it thoroughly and do not consume it if raw..

7

 Cool (just a little patience)

Let it sit before slicing so everything sets properly.

8

Ready to enjoy!

Best enjoyed within 10 days of baking… but let’s be honest, it won’t last that long.

Once a year is perfect. Don't miss it.
