Gingerbread Pie

Warm spice, cozy season, short window.

You already know what to do

Everything that makes gingerbread feel like the holidays, baked into a handmade pie. This one only shows up twice a year, and it goes fast. Don’t overthink it.

Availability varies by store and season, so catch it while it’s around.

Our Holiday Lineup

Gingerbread Pie is part of our holiday rotation, a short, limited-run pie lineup we make only a couple of times a year. If you're showing up for one, it's worth checking what else is on the shelf.

Also available this season:

Chocolate
Maple Pecan

Beelzeberry

Eggnog Pie

All holiday flavors are limited and vary by location. When they're gone, they're gone.

Bake It Like You Mean It

You’ve got a great pie. Let’s not mess it up.

1

Preheat your oven

375°F for conventional ovens and 350°F for convection.

2

Prep the pie

Cut 3 small vents in the top crust so it can breathe.

3

Put it into the oven

Place the frozen pie directly on the oven rack. Put a pan on the rack below to catch any drips. Trust us on this one.

4

Bake

Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Leave the pie in the tin while baking.

5

Midway move

Rotate the pie halfway through so it bakes evenly.

6

Look for the signs

The crust should be puffed and golden brown. That’s when you know. Cook it thoroughly and do not consume it if raw..

7

 Cool (just a little patience)

Let it sit before slicing so everything sets properly.

8

Ready to enjoy!

Best enjoyed within 10 days of baking… but let’s be honest, it won’t last that long.
