Mincemeat Pie

Old school. Unapologetically.

Mincemeat pie is a classic flavor that has stood the test of time for a reason.

Warm spices, rich dried fruit, and a depth of flavor that most modern desserts don’t bother going after. We make ours from scratch, the way it deserves to be made.

Seasonal. Availability varies by store and time of year.

Why This One Hits

Rich, spiced, and layered in a way that takes a minute to fully appreciate… in the best way. The filling is built around warm spices and dried fruit that come together into something deeply satisfying.

Paired with a flaky, handmade crust, it's a pie that rewards those who know what they're looking at.

Best Enjoyed When

The holidays call for something with some history behind it.

The holiday table needs a dessert that actually feels like Christmas.

Everyone else went predictable, and you didn't.

The table has someone who's been waiting all year for this exact pie.

Variant availability depends on the time of year and your nearest store.

Bake It Like You Mean It

You’ve got a great pie. Let’s not mess it up.

1

Preheat your oven

375°F for conventional ovens and 350°F for convection.

2

Prep the pie

Cut 3 small vents in the top crust so it can breathe.

3

Put it into the oven

Place the frozen pie directly on the oven rack. Put a pan on the rack below to catch any drips. Trust us on this one.

4

Bake

Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Leave the pie in the tin while baking.

5

Midway move

Rotate the pie halfway through so it bakes evenly.

6

Look for the signs

The crust should be puffed and golden brown. That’s when you know. Cook it thoroughly and do not consume it if raw..

7

 Cool (just a little patience)

Let it sit before slicing so everything sets properly.

8

Ready to enjoy!

Best enjoyed within 10 days of baking… but let’s be honest, it won’t last that long.
